Guideline for business run registrations

Create an account

  • Set up access for your company: In order to register your company for the event, it is first necessary to create a central account. This task is carried out by a designated person in your company responsible for bookings, the so-called team captain. This account serves as the main access point for all bookings, administrative processes and billing.
  • How to create the account: To start the process, please navigate to Team-Management in the menu. There you will find the Create Account button. Clicking on it opens a form that you should fill out completely.
  • Important notes on registration: It is essential that you provide the correct billing address and ensure that the company name is spelled correctly. All participants of your company are registered under this company name.
  • Further information: in Team-Management you will find an information box at the end of the page containing further details if necessary.

Notice:
Only one account per company/department! Please note that only one account should be created per company, department or billing address.


Login

  • Request a login link: To log in to Team-Management, first visit this section on the website. There you enter the email address with which the account was created. Also fill out the Captcha to confirm that you are not an automated bot. After you submit the form, a new login link will be emailed to you.
  • Open login link: Shortly after you have submitted the form, you will receive an email with a login link. This link is valid for several minutes. By opening the link you will automatically be logged into Team-Management.

Notice:
No password is required to log in to team management. Please note that a new link must be requested each time you log in.

Book quotas

  • Open order form: To book starting slots or additional options, go to Register in the menu. Alternatively, you can also use the Book quotas button in Team-Management to go directly to the order form.
  • Book starting slots: You can book the desired number of starting slots in the Starting slots form. Simply select the competition and the number you want and confirm your selection.
  • Additional order options: If additional options are offered for the event, these can be booked using the Additional order options form. Here you can choose from different options and add them to your order.

Notice:
Please note that you can repeat the booking process for starting slots and additional order options as often as you like. All your orders are automatically assigned to your account and added to the booking.


Enter participant data

  • Via web form: Participant data can be easily managed via web form. To do this, in the Team-Management in the Participants table, press Actions next to the starting slot or participant and select Edit. This will take you to the participant panel and allow you to enter the data.
  • Via Excel file: You can also import data from multiple participants at once via Excel file. To do this, click on Upload participant data within Participants in Team-Management. You can then download the sample list, fill it with data and upload it again. If you have submitted a separate email address for each data set, a confirmation email will automatically be sent to this address.
  • Share links: You can share the links to the participant panel with your employees so that they can enter and manage their data themselves. To do this, you can press Actions next to the starting slot or participant in the Participants table and select Share. You can also download the participant data including the links as an Excel file using the Excel participant list button and share the links, for example via your company network, so that every employee can cut out and use a link themselves.

Notice:
Each link to the participant panel is connected to exactly one participant. Anyone who owns or knows the link can view or change the data. Changes are possible until the registration deadline.

Payment

  • Booking items: During the registration period, you can view the current status of your bookings in Team-Management within Bookings using the Details button.
  • Download invoice: After the registration deadline, an invoice will be automatically generated and the Details button will become an Invoice button, which you can use to download your invoice.
  • Payment: After the registration has closed, you will receive an email with all relevant payment information and a link to your invoice.
