Guideline for submitting the results of your virtual run

Open participant panel

  • Accessing the panel: Open the website where you entered your participant details. You will find an information box above your participant data.
  • View participation period: This box shows the period during which you can take part in the virtual run. The Submit results button is only active during this period.

Notice:
Changes are only possible during the official participation period. After this phase, submitting or changing results is no longer possible.

Submit results

  • Enter result data: Click on the Submit results button. A window will open in which you can enter the distance you have run in meters.
  • Upload proof: You must also upload an image as proof of your performance, for example a screenshot of your GPS track or photo of your GPS watch.

Notice:
The results lists are automatically updated every hour. Your changes are therefore not immediately visible to the public.

Manage results

  • Keep an overview: In the same window you can also view the results you have already submitted.
  • Delete results: If you have made a mistake when entering your data, you have the option of deleting the results you submitted and entering them again.

View result lists

  • View the results list: Click on Results in the navigation bar and select the corresponding competition to view the results list.
